Hi all
Just been looking at my credit file to try and keep it upto date. I've gone through Experian and clearscore but I also found TransUnion which I've never heard of but it seemed much more complicated than the other 2 so I was wondering if i need to go through that one too?
Kind regards Mark

Experian as far as I am aware, you cannot get a report from them online for free (bar the free 30 day trial). Equifax reports can be accessed for free by using ClearScore. For TransUnion, you can use either TotallyMoney or Credit Karma to access their reports free.

It probably depends on what you're actually trying to achieve - what does 'keeping [the others] up to date' consist of?2

I don’t know why they don’t just have one credit file. Why do they have 3?0

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
