PS5 to Nintendo Switch headphone adapter

Hi all. I bought my son some headphones for his Nintendo Switch but, unfortunately, I got some for a PS5 by mistake! Is there an adapter that will make them work?

what's the link to the headphones? The switch appears to support both a 3.5mm jack and bluetooth which are what 99% of headphones are

Both the Switch and PS5 have 3.5mm sockets so wired headphones would work just by plugging them in. 

What is the make and model of headphones you purchased?

Apparently the headphones come with 2 jacks, one for the microphone and one for the headphones, but the console only has one jack. This is what I'm being told. Does it make sense?

Those wouldn't work on either a PS5 or Switch or most modern PCs. Some older PCs had separate microphone and headphone sockets. 

You need a headset with a single 3.5mm plug which has multiple black bands.
