Fencing quote

I've got a 9 panel (approx 15 metre) fence that is far from straight. Didn't notice it when I bought the house but the longer I'm here the more it annoys me!
Had a quote to take it out and make it straight, have already OK'd this with the neighbour. Their quote was to reuse the panels and gravel boards but new concrete posts as they say the old ones which are approx 3 years old can't be reused.
The quote for the job is £1,800 inc VAT. Struggling to work out if this is a decent price or not and finding other companies to come out and quote is proving tough with my work schedule.
Does it sound about right?
