NATWEST account application

I am in the middle of making an online application for a current account. My proof of address documents have been rejected. The reason for this is because there is a minor difference in the address that I have input for the application and the address on the proof of address document. THE PROBLEM. The problem is that the system won't let me go back and change the address details in the application, and won't let me cancel this application and start a new one. Each time I try to start a new one, the system tells me I can't because I already have one in  progress. DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I CAN CANCEL THIS APPLICATION, OR GO BACK AND CHANGE THE ADDRESS? Thank you.

    I would try asking NatWest direct - they could probably cancel your existing application so you could start again
