Terms & Conditions – Jet2holidays Holiday Drop 

These prize draws are promoted by Jet2holidays Limited (registered number: 04472486) whose registered office 

is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2holidays," 

"we" or “us”). By entering a prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

1. There will be 5 Prize Draws made up of one Prize Draw for each sub brand from the 28th March 2024 and 1st

April 2024 as follows:

a. 1 x Jet2holidays

b. 1 x Jet2CityBreaks

c. 1 x Jet2Villas

d. 1 x Indulgent Escapes

e. 1 x VIBE

2. Each prize draw will open at 00:00:01 on the 28th March 2024 and close at 23:59:59 on the 1st April 2024 (the 

“Prize Draw Period”).

3. Entrants to a prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 

18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited (“Jet2.com”), Jet2 plc or any 

companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the Prize Draws (or in each 

case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only win one prize throughout the Prize 

Draw Period.

How to enter:

4. To enter a prize draw you must download the Jet2 app and create a myJet2 account if you haven't already, or 

log in if you have an existing account. Then use your email address (associated with your myJet2 account) to 

register on the "Holiday Drop" screen, found on the app home page or myJet2 offers page. After registering, 

select the prize draw you would like to enter. 

5. Each entrant will be given 10 coins per day and to enter a prize draw once you will need to use one coin. Coins 

will be refreshed at midnight throughout the Prize Draw Period to bring the total back up to 10 coins if any coins 

had been used the day before. 

6. Once you have selected a prize draw and used a coin to enter, you should interact with the animation sequence 

by selecting where to drop the egg from before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 2 above. Once 

you have released the egg, it will randomly fall into one of five available buckets, with four buckets each

signifying differing amounts of entries into the prize draw (between 10-50) and a fifth basket which, if the egg 

lands in it, will take you through to a separate spinner where you can win additional coins or entries to the prize 

draw (or alternatively, you may land on a ‘no-win’ segment in which case no additional coins or entries to the 

prize draw will be awarded). There is no skill required for entry into this prize draw and where you release the 

egg from has no influence on which basket it will land in.

7. On each day that you enter a prize draw you will accumulate entries to that draw. You can enter multiple prize

draws and have differing amounts of entries in each one.

8. There will be opportunities throughout the prize draws to gain more coins and entries by interacting with posts 

on our Jet2holidays social media pages. Instructions on how to do this will be written into the comments of each 

post (Facebook, X & Instagram). 

9. Each entrant will receive a unique share code found within the app interface. This can be shared with other 

entrants to gain additional coins. 3 additional coins will be added to an entrant’s account who shares a code if 

it is redeemed by another entrant. An entrant redeeming a code shared by another entrant will also receive 3 

coins upon the redemption of the share code. 

10. Jet2holidays shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the 

closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted. 

Choosing a Winner:

11. There will be 1 lucky winner of each prize draw. For each prize draw, there will be one holiday prize.

12. Each entrant of a prize draw will have their total number of entries won throughout the prize draw added to the 

relevant prize draw pot and of those entries, the winner of each prize draw will be randomly selected through a 

computer-generated process.

13. The winners of the 5 prize draws will be notified via email or using the other contact details provided to us within 

7 days after the closing time for the prize draws. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified 

time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize by the date specified or 

forfeits their prize we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.

The winner of each prize draw will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of being 

notified. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.

14. We will send the prize winners an email asking for further details about them to publicise the win. If we do not 

receive a response, for transparency, we will generally publish the first name and county of prize winners online. 

However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information 

we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize. 

The Prizes:

The winner of the Jet2holidays prize draw will win: 

a) a 7-night holiday for two adults, two children (up to 14) in a suite room on an all-inclusive basis at the 

4* FERGUS Club Mallorca Waterpark in Majorca, Balearics. This prize includes return flights for up to

4 people from any UK Airport from which Jet2.com flies to Majorca (Palma) Airport (PMI) and allows 

for the duration of the prize advertised, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND

1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 

b) This prize must be booked by 19/04/2024 and must be completed between one of the following 

bands subject to availability (including all return travel):

• 16/05/2024 – 23/05/2024

• 11/06/2024 – 31/07/2024

• 25/08/2024 – 17/10/2024

The winner of the Jet2CityBreaks prize draw will win: 

c) a 3-night Jet2CityBreak for two adults (aged 18 or above at time of travel) in a deluxe double room on 

an all-inclusive basis at the 5* Cosmopolitan hotel in Prague, Czech Republic. This prize includes 

return flights for up to 2 people from any UK Airport from which Jet2.com flies to Prague Airport 

(PRG) and allows for the duration of the prize advertised AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up 

to 22kg per person. 

d) Transfers are not included in this prize. 

e) This prize must be booked by 19/04/2024 and must be completed between one of the following 

bands subject to availability (including all return travel):

• 27/02/2024 – 21/03/2024

• 16/04/2024 – 23/05/2024

• 11/06/2024 – 18/07/2024

• 29/07/2024 – 05/08/2024 

• 04/09/2024 – 17/10/2024

The winner of the Jet2Villas prize draw will win:

f) a 7-night holiday for up to 4 passengers (with at least 1 adult aged 18 or above at time of travel) in a 

two bedroom apartment on a self-catering basis at the Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences in Paphos, 

Cyprus. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Airport from which Jet2.com 

flies to Paphos Airport (PFO) and allows for the duration of the prize advertised AND 1 free item of 

checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 

g) This prize also includes car hire. Please note that each driver of the hire car must be aged between 

25-70 years old with a valid UK driving licence. The make, model and group of the car shall be 

selected at Jet2holidays’ discretion. 

h) This prize must be booked by 19/04/2024 and must be completed between one of the following

The winner of the Indulgent Escapes prize draw will win: 

i) a 7-night holiday for two adults (aged 18 or above at time of travel) in a superior deluxe sea view 

room on a half-board basis at the 5* Boutique 5 Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, Greece. This prize includes 

return flights for up to 2 people from any UK Airport from which Jet2.com flies to Rhodes Airport 

(RHO) and allows for the duration of the prize advertised.

j) The prize also includes private transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel, a 25kg hold-

baggage allowance per person on each flight and a complimentary drink per person per flight, and 

priority lane security pass at your outbound UK departure airport. 

k) This prize must be booked by 19/04/2024 and must be completed between one of the following

The winner of the VIBE prize draw will win:

board basis at the 4* Servatur Don Miguel in Gran Canaria, Canaries. This prize includes return flights 

for up to 2 people from any UK Airport from which Jet2.com flies to Gran Canaria (Las Palmas) 

Airport (LPA) and allows for the duration of the prize advertised, transfers to and from the overseas 

airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 

m) This prize must be booked by 19/04/2024 and must be completed between one of the following 

bands subject to availability (including all return travel):

All of the holiday prizes are also subject to the following terms:

15. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation 

supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their 

own insurance. 

16. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to 

award a prize to another randomly selected entry.

17. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions 

(together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions 

and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package 

Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not 

apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the 

event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these 

prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence. 

18. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general 

availability on a particular flight.

19. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the

prize with alternative dates/property/destinations/transfers/ at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its 

discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted. 

20. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. 

Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed. 

21. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may 

only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in 

the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights 

must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking, 

you cannot make any amendments.

22. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional 

passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize

booking. 

23. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry 

requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar. 

General terms applicable to the Prize Draw: 

24. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the 

Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policyhttp://www.jet2.com/privacy).

Upon registration, each entrant will receive one email containing the money off code (where applicable).

25. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If 

entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which 

may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from 

Jet2holidays). 

26. Jet2holidays may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without 

notice at any time. Jet2holidays may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances 

arising beyond its control.

27. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash 

equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or 

any prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in 

relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud. 

28. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines is: (a) 

contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to 

other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion 

and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by 

professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any 

other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2holidays.

Where Jet2holidays determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole 

discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:

(a) repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or 

(b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at 

random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable). 

29. Please note that Meta and X are not responsible for any element of this promotion and have in no way 

sponsored, endorsed or administered this promotion. By entering the prize draw, you agree to fully release and 

hold Meta harmless from any liability incurred in connection with your entry into the prize draw.

30. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction 

of the courts of England.
