Nominated account and Paragon Bank problem

I have successfully opened an account with Paragon Bank but seem to have hit a problem.
My nominated account only allows me to pay into an account with my name but when I received my paying in details my name was not included. Paragon Bank was listed as the payee and there was a reference number, but not my name.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and can advise me what happens in this situation?

You need to use Paragon Bank PLC as the payee name and select ``business account" as the payee type (don't use your own name as the payee). So long as you then give the correct sort code, account number & reference the payment should go through without issues1
