Collected Item Won't Disappear

In January I had a collection only item that was collected in person and paid in cash.  As it was cash we didn't bother with the collection code. 

It's still sitting in the sold items saying Buyer Paid- Send Now.  How can I get rid of this or is doomed to be there for ever?

Can’t you just mark it despatched?

All I can see is:

Scan Collection code

Relist

Sell similar

Contact buyer

Or am I looking in the wrong place?

To be honest I’m not familiar with collection items but if I’m the app I normally have an option to mark despatched so perhaps the fact it’s collection overrides that.
After 90 days I think everything disappears so shouldn’t be there ‘ for ever ‘.

Thanks both.  Hopefully it will disappear soon.  It just crossed my mind that Ebay would see this as poor behaviour  and my account might suffer in some way.

I have exactly the same thing - there appears to be no way to say that has been collected

I suspect it will drop off after three months that have no way of proving that
