Best Place for Kitchen Undermount Sink? (For Granite Worktop)

Just wondered if anyone could help suggest a good place online to get an undermount sink to go with our granite Worktop in the kitchen? The people who are fitting the granite said they "don't touch the sink" so have to source one myself before they will come out and template! The style we want is similar to the first two in Google Images:

if they wont touch the sink how do you propose to fit this to the granite, we design and supply lots of lovely granite worktops and this sounds like you are heading for disaster go with a company that can do the lot unless you really know what you are doing
