By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, GO Outdoors Retail Ltd ("GO Outdoors"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. GO Outdoors is the promoter of this promotion, which is run in conjunction with Salomon Group UK Limited ("Salomon") and The Colorado Tourism Board ("Visit Colorado").

1. What can you win?

There will be one winner who will win:

• Two pairs of the new Salomon X Ultra 360 shoes (provided by Salomon)
• Return flights for two people to Denver from London Heathrow, car hire and 16 nights' accommodation in the state of Colorado (provided by Colorado Tourism Office).

Collectively the "Prize"

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours) and is subject to the itinerary supplied by or on behalf of Go Outdoors setting out the detail of the holiday including without limitation airlines, accommodation, date-ranges and car hire providers ("Itinerary"). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. GO Outdoors has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). GO Outdoors has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of GO Outdoors. GO Outdoors shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), GO Outdoors is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prize tickets are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). GO Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

The times and dates for flights available as part of the Prize shall be selected by the winner from the Itinerary. To book the desired dates, the winner must contact our agent (contact details to be supplied by Go Outdoors). There is no choice of alternative airlines, accommodation providers, or car hire providers which will be those as set out in the Itinerary. If requested, the Winner must communicate directly with our agent to book their dates of travel and redeem their holiday.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners' responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Not included in the prize is travel insurance, transfers, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the Itinerary. There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking, is non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The dates for travel and redemption of the Prize must be in line with the Itinerary supplied and shall not be redeemed during any dates which are school holidays in any region for the United Kingdom. The Prize must be redeemed by the winner no late than 31 May 2025 and if the Prize is not deemed by such date it shall expire and no longer be available for redemption by the winner.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants & their companion must:

• be aged 18 years or over;
• be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales;
• have a valid passport suitable for use for travel to the United States;
• be available for travel between 1 September 2024 - 31 May 2025; and
• have a valid email address.

GO Outdoors reserves the right to ask the winners and their companion to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group, Salomon or Visit Colorado (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. GO Outdoors reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants & their companion must:

• Entering their first name, last name, and email via this form. Entrants are not required to opt into marketing communication to end & no purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

The promotion will commence on 27/03/2024 and will end on 30/04/2024 at 23:59 (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

One winner will be selected at random on 01/05/2024 and notified by email within two weeks of the prize draw closing. The decision on GO Outdoors is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the prize within 14 days of being contacted despite GO Outdoors' reasonable efforts to contact them, GO Outdoors reserves the right to pick another winner in accordance with the procedure set out in this section and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.

7. Winners' Responsibilities

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Entrants must have a valid passport which can be used for travel to the United States and continues to be valid for 6 months beyond the period of the intended stay in the United States. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to check that they can comply with requirements for entry into the United States and return to the UK, and obtain and pay for all required Visas or other entry permissions.

Following acceptance of the Prize, the winner is responsible for selecting and booking appropriate travel dates from those available in the Itinerary. Once travel dates have been selected and booked with our agent, they are fixed and cannot be changed. The prize of Salomon X Ultra 360 Shoes is subject to size and availability. Salomon reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, and their decision is final and binding in all matters related to this contest.

GO Outdoors will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. It is the winner's responsibility to correspond and - where necessary - resolve any disputes, with the providers of flights, car hire and/or accommodation.

Insofar as permitted by law, GO Outdoors, Salomon, Visit Colorado, and their affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the supply or use of the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Personal information

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes you agree that you will receive regular communication from Salomon and Visit Colorado (and their affiliates). We will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by Salomon or Visit Colorado (and their affiliates) and to administer the promotion.
