 All eligible entries must contain a valid receipt demonstrating the purchase of at least 2 Lee Kum Kee products from any supermarket or any Asian supermarket. Purchases must be made within the period ending on May 31, 2024. 

Additionally, entries should include photos featuring a recipe that utilizes Lee Kum Kee sauces. 

Eligible entries will be shortlisted based on the content of the recipes. The most creative recipe will then be considered to determine the winner of the grand prize.

MASTER YOUR MEALTIMES COMPETITION FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 This competition is open to individual entities who reside in UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over only, except employees of Lee Kum Kee, their immediate families, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the brand.

1.2 This competition shall be closed at 23:59 on Friday 31st May 2024.

 2. DATA COLLECTION

2.1 All personal information collected in this campaign is handled in compliance with our privacy policy.

2.2 Whilst submitting your details, you may opt-in to sign up to our newsletter, which you are free to unsubscribe at any time – view our privacy policy and information collection statement.

2.3 Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to use the non-personal information collected from all participants, including but not limited to comments and suggestions, for marketing purposes. They may be used for market research analysis and displayed across Lee Kum Kee's digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce and website(s).

3.1 One winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.

3.3 The winners will be selected within 30 working days of the competition.

3.9 All winners of the DreamWorks Kung Fu Panda 4 limited edition tote bag will be contacted via email and will be required to provide their personal information for delivery purposes. Winners must respond within 5 days or an alternative winner may be chosen. Your postal details and telephone contact number may be required only if you are selected as the winner. They will be used for delivery of any prizes that are won and should be shared with Lee Kum Kee privately upon request.

3.10 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any request to change any prize will not be entertained.

3.11 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or equivalent value.

3.12 Lee Kum Kee cannot be held responsible for third-party products and services offered as prizes.

3.13 Upon any conflicting terms between translations, any dispute will be settled based on the English version T&C.

4. EXTRA TERMS

4.1 Lee Kum Kee cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize.

4.2 Nothing shall exclude Lee Kum Kee's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.

 4.3 Subject to clause 4.2, by participating or attempting to participate in this competition, participants agree that Lee Kum Kee shall not bear any liability for (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product/prize or (b) any damage in any way attributable to this competition or the attempted participation in this promotion.

4.4 By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.5 In all aspects of this competition and the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, Lee Kum Kee's decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4.6 Lee Kum Kee will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the competition and no other purpose and they will be deleted thereafter.

4.7 Lee Kum Kee reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Lee Kum Kee's reasonable control.

4.8 These terms and conditions apply to this competition. By taking part in this competition, you agree to be bound by them. It is a condition of participation in this competition that all terms and conditions are accepted as final.

4.9 This competition is governed by English Law. Lee Kum Kee and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
