Civil Enforcement Liverpool illegal PCN

Hi, have received a PCN from these jokers. My daughter is autistic and has an art club and we are allowed to drop of and pick up without tickets etc. This is a lifeline for her and helps her to come out of her shell. Anyway CE stated we were on site for over an hour. Thank God we've a ring doorbell cam. You can see that we leave the house, come back to drop off Grandson and then leave again and pick up our daughter and return. They have no way to send this footage as appeal states only in PDF. I have requested an email to send but they state "Sophisticated ANPR rubbish etc. I've threatened to expose them but come back with same rubbish. Have contacted the Church who employ them but no reply. I would love to expose this disgusting company and get it shut down!

& send the usual complaint or appeal. Doesn't matter which.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
