I purchased my car on finance in 2018. I missed a lot of payments and the finance was bought by a Debt Collection company. I stupidly ignored it and it has bounced around companies for years. It now sits with Lowell.
My question is, Can I sell the car? Or do I have to settle with Lowell first?

            Who has the V5?
While it is not proof of ownership. If you do not have it you will struggle to sell the car.
Perhaps best to talk to Lowell.Life in the slow lane0

Is the finance tied to the car such as PCP or HP or was it a personal loan?0
