The claimant is VCS Limited, address for sending documents/payments is indeed Elms Legal Limited.

Use the Template Defence as your base but I did write some extra defence words specifically for an Airport this month.  It's in an East Midlands Airport thread - very easy to find by searching.

My case was allocated to Southend Court and I had submitted my original statement online using the Money Claim Online website, a preliminary hearing was set up as a CVP which surprised me. I called the Court to confirm that they had all contact information to enable this call the day before the hearing, I was told that the case had been discontinued so I am taking that as a win for my witness statement and VCS can kiss my ***

VCS have used the Courts system to bully me to pay which is an abuse of the courts system which I will be following up to claim expenses from VCS. I have not heard in writing from VCS who’s should have informed me  that they had discontinued the case which is their duty to the court to do so. I am a senior citizen and have been harassed by VCS using the Courts system like so many other's,

VCS are a bunch of Charlatans gathered together by a Carpetbagger with only deceit and money as his main driver, they use an overworked court system to scare the unsuspecting or life busy citizens to pay up or face bad credit or a court day. The big question is why does the court service allow themselves to be the stick on behalf of the Charlatans and Carpetbaggers?
