Uk parking control , small claims track

Dear respected admin,

 I recently received a small claims  track letter , as I  parked in a car park control by uk parking control lat year . As my wife is the main driver and I am the additional driver , the letter issued on her name.

I works on behalf of ONS  and my company name Kantar public ltd. I was there for collecting price from shop like H&M , river island.  Sports direct, smyth toy , Clark . Superdrug, all shops are located on that car park. As I was there for more than 4 hour. . ONS measure the inflation rate throughout the country, so we needs to collect prices  in various shop . I was that car park for this reason as there was lots of prices to collect  so somehow I overstayed in that car park .

there was no option to pay for extra time on that car park . We have a target we needs to do in 2 days time within  a month in order to provide  ONS .I have my ONS letter with me and also have the list of the shop that I needs to cover which was a email instruction from my manager .
 I already sent those in my previous reply to the court .

Recently I received a court letter it’s saying ‘’notice  of proposed allocation to the small claim court ‘’

its asking me to complete small claim court and fill up the form ( N180 ) can you please advice me what should I write ‘do you agree to this case being referred to the small claim mediation service ?

 It’s have two option yea or no.

and also what would be the next stage ? 

How can I write the ground for the court  and what is my chance ?

I eagerly waiting for your any  response , it is much appreciated as badly needs your advice .

hmm ... that's not how you do a defence against a small claim.  No attachments go yet. Please copy & paste your exact defence words verbatim in a reply.

You might later receive a letter with unpaid postage stamp, royal mail of course will leave a small ticket in your door and they will ask you to pay £5 postage charge,  this will be from parking company to annoy you.  
Don't accept that and don't pay £5.

@Morgan6786 Did you meant to post on this thread from March this year and, if so, what is your point please?
