Hi there
I would really appreciate some guidance on the letter below. This appears to be from a holiday in 2022, I received no other letters prior to this very official looking document. It appears from reading previous threads that I need to to complete a AOS via the Moneyclaim.gov site and the prepare a defence? I was the registered keeper at the time.
My son has additional needs which I can confirm via documentation I believe if my memory serves me correct that he had refused to get out of the car and after attempting to deescalate the situation without success we left the car park. I would be very grateful for a step by step guide as alot of the posts seem aged and I wonder if the process has now changed?
Many thanks all
