I would but as I have a company car it gets automatically deducted from my salary.
Which is a breach of your employment contract.

I’m pretty sure that when I signed up for the company car I signed an agreement that allowed them to deduct these charges. Realistically I’m also not going to be taking my employers to court. It feels like the only action here is one against the property managers or freeholders for derogation from lease, as they are the only people I actually have a breached contract with.

if you can try and find the agreement and see what the exact wording is+ost it here.

As for the management company if it is taken from your wages then a letter before action to them foe the amount you have lst plus a small amount for your time

Does your employment /company vehicle use/lease contract specifically mention parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies, or only fines and penalties from an authority, which PCNs from PPCs are not? If PCNs from PPCs are not specifically mentioned, then the lease company is in breach of contract. Are they a member of the BVRLA? If so, they are in breach of their trade association's mandate that instructs them not to pay these charges but to only pass the hirer's details to the PPC. They are permitted to charge a fee for this, but it must be fair and reasonable.

If you are a member of a trade union, your rep should be all over this.

In any case, The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies because issuing charges to park in your demised space is unfair, and the lease company's actions by paying the charge means you have been denied your right to appeal, which is an unfair contract term.

Yes and that's free to you and doesn't involve suing them.  You can raise a complaint and ask that once you teach impasse you want it resolved by the ADR for leaseholders (I forget what it's called).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
