Please tell us what is unclear about item 7 on that check list.
For convenience, here is that item 7 again...0 -

Not trying to be awkward, but you have already used that checklist when filing your Defence. You know where it is.
Isn't it the checklist that you earlier said "wasn't completely clear"? Please go back and read it again.1 -

@Coupon-mad great thanks. Sorry there are quite a few threads with lots of links (depending on the situation) to get through to understand the process well and seemed to have missed that bit in the first 12 steps1

Hi all although I received the claimants DQ I have not received one to fill out from the court. I know it was mentioned above that this can take 2 months but now has passed this time and I am getting a bit anxious that something has been missed. Did it take longer to receive for anyone else and is there a period by which I should email to question this?0

When you re-read that check list, did you see these words in item 7...
YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT TWO MONTHS OR SO FOR THE NEXT STEP TO HAPPEN
Two months have not yet passed since you filed a defence, have they?
There's a phone number on your Claim Form if you want to ask the CNBC what's going on, but be prepared to wait a couple of hours for the phone to be answered.1 -
But you can also check your MCOL history.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad this is very helpful. This is what the MCOL history reads:
Claim StatusA claim was issued against you on 13/03/2024
Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 24/03/2024 at 15:02:21
Your acknowledgment of service was received on 25/03/2024 at 01:05:30
Your defence was received on 08/04/2024
Now the unusual thing is I have already received the claimants DQ via email on 10/04/24 however the MCOL does not state this so now I am confused on how to proceed as I was expecting my own DQ to come through the post but have heard no further correspondence either via email or post since 10/04. I tried calling several CNBC multiple times but have not been successful yet. Any advice on whether this can happen sometimes or if MCOL is not accurate etc?...Should I try to send the DQ to court without them sending me the form?

Looks like it's frozen for now. because the CNBC has overlooked the Claimant saying they want to proceed.
Sit tight & check the Claim History once a week. Might take months for the C to realise this one hasn't moved.
Not for you to resurrect it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
