Hello,
Quick question.... The agents details for the property we want to rent say that they need references from
1. Previous landlord. 2. Employer 3. Character Reference.
As both my partner and myself live with our parents who would we need references from?? also, would they normally want references per person or for both of us.

well as there is no previous landlord they will not seek one from your parents!
