Hi folks, hope you're having a good festive season. First post on this board so forgive me if it's been asked already.
I'm looking to balance transfer on to a new card, but with a couple of missed payment dates and a returned cheque, my recent history is spotty. So imagine my surprise when I entered all my details accurately and the 'rating' came back as 'excellent' with a gamut of cards recommended. I am suspicious!
Can anyone enlighten me further? Does the rating lead to acceptance or is there more to it?
