 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

 The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, entrants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Eligibility

 

1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding Isle of Man and Channel Islands) who are aged 18+.
2. This promotion excludes employees and their families of Arla Foods (“the Promoter”), subsidiary and affiliated companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Internet access is required.
5. There is a maximum of one (1) x Arla LactoFREE prize bundle per person during the entirety of the promotion. The Dream Wellness Escape prize can be won in addition to an Arla LactoFREE prize bundle.
6. Maximum one (1) x entry per person, per day during the entire promotional period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

 

Core Promotional Period

 

1. The core promotional period for the Dream Wellness Escape holiday prize for two people and the Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundles starts at 00:00 on 18.03.2024 and ends at 23:59 on 28.04.2024.
   
   
2. All valid entries received within the core promotional period as outlined above will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one (1) Dream Wellness Escape holiday prize for two people. There are also thirty-nine (39) x Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundles available to be won. The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the core promotional period close date. Winners will be notified via the email address that they used to enter the promotion within 7 days of the prize draw date.

 

Late Entry Promotional Period

 

1. After the core promotional period, there will still be an opportunity to win one (1) x Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundle in the late entry draw. The late entry promotional period will run from 00:00 on 29.04.24 to 23:59 on 12.05.24. The late entry draw will take place within 7 days of the late entry promotional period close date and will include all valid entries received during the late entry draw period. The winner will be notified via the email address that they used to enter the promotion within 7 days of the late entry prize draw date.

 

1. Entries, depending on times and dates, will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed. Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over. Prize draw entries outside of the stated promotional periods will be rejected.

 

 

Entry Requirements

 

1. To enter the prize draws for your chance to win the Dream Wellness Escape holiday prize for two people, during the core promotional period or an Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundle during the core and late entry promotional periods, entrants must:

   2. Enter their full legal name, phone number and email address;
   3. Entrants will be entered into the core or late entry draw according to the time and date of entry.

 

1. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected or entries received outside any promotional period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, damaged or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

Prize Details

1. Prizes available to be won are as follows:

2. The Dream Wellness Escape holiday must be booked through Cloud Nine Incentives who will use an ABTA bonded tour operator (i.e., excluding direct sell companies).

 

1. The winner of the Dream Wellness Escape holiday will be contacted by Cloud Nine Incentives, who will work with the winner to create and book a bespoke holiday package. The winner(s) of the Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundles will receive an email containing a secure link to claim their prize within 7 days of the relevant draw date.
   
   
2. Accommodation provided will be a minimum 3* rating or equivalent.

 

1. The holiday prize is valid for travel until 1st June 2025, travel is excluded over Christmas, Easter and all Bank holidays, all travel is subject to availability, any government guidelines that might be applicable and the maximum budget as outlined within these terms.

 

1. In the event that government restrictions and guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic prohibit the winner from fulfilling their Dream Wellness Escape For Two prize on the confirmed dates, the prize will be re-arranged for an alternative date.

 

1. Please allow where possible a minimum of6 weeks’ notice in which to book your prize – please allow more if possible.

1. Some locations will require visas and inoculations. It is a winner’s responsibility to obtain these directly and this may be subject to additional cost.

 

1. The winner must have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. If the winner has a UK passport, the passport must have an expiry date no less than 9 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation, more time may be required for other passports. Visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner.

 

1. The prize packages must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.

 

1. The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to Covid-19 testing, additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guest’s own
 
1. Any changes made to the booking after confirmation incurs an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.

Covid-19 cover as an additional insurance can also be included within the insurance options, but it will be the responsibility of the relevant winner to cover the costs associated.
 
1. Cloud Nine Incentives act as agents – services provided are subject to the conditions specified by the suppliers.
 
1. All prizes are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is offered in whole or in part and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or part of a prize for an item of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside of the Promoter's control should any element of a prize be unavailable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. All valid entries from the core promotional period and the late entry period will be entered into the draws. Winners will be selected via an independently verified third party. An Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundle winner will be redrawn if they have won a prize bundle previously.

 

1. The Dream Wellness Escape holiday winner will be contacted by Cloud Nine Incentives within 7 days of the core promotional period draw date. The winner will receive a phone call to the phone number they provided upon entry to the promotion. The winner will be required to provide proof of ID in the form of a valid passport. Upon successful claim, Cloud Nine Incentives will work with the winner to book their Dream Wellness Escape holiday prize.

 

In the case that the Dream Wellness Escape holiday prize winner does not respond within 14 days of the win notification phone call, rejects their prize or are ineligible, a reserve winner will be contacted that was selected at the same time and using the same process as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize

 

1. Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundle winners will receive an email to the email address they provided upon entry within 7 days of the relevant draw date. The winner(s) will be required to click the secure link in the win notification email within 14 days, complete their address details and confirm their telephone number and email address in order for their prize bundle to be dispatched. Arla LactoFREE Prize Bundles will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of a valid winner claim.

 

In the case that any prize bundle winner does not respond within 14 days from the date of the win notification email, rejects their prize or are ineligible after the core promotional period draw or the late entry promotional period draw, a reserve winner, selected at the same time and process, will be contacted from the relevant draw period. A maximum of one (1) reserve will be contacted for each unclaimed prize.

 

Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Arla Food’s Privacy Policy and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
