Land Registry form ST1- adverse possession

Hi, hoping someone with the correct knowledge can help.
We are trying to fill in Land Registry form ST1 for adverse possession, and we are not sure on questions 12 and 13. The land for adverse possession is 'unregistered' land, and looking at the LR schedule(6), Q12 seems to apply only to registered land, not unregistered.
If this is so, do we leave Q12 blank completely?
And then also a blank for Q13?
Many thanks.

I'm no expert but a quick look at
Land Registration Act 2002 Schedule 6
and I can't see why you think it only applies to registered land?I assume you've done a Map Enquiry?

This is unregistered land. And yes we have done a map enquiry.0 -
Indeed. But presumably you want the land to become registered and for you to be registered as the proprietor?I also note:In line with Direction: Documents to be delivered with a first registration application – Lost deeds and adverse possession only certified copies of form ST1, form ST2,which makes clear ST1 applies to 1st registration of unregistered land. see
