How is CompareTheMarket allowed to send me an email like this?

Yet when I click ANY of the links on the email (as to whether I'm signed in with my account or not) this price or any of my details are NOT on their website and it makes me enter ALL of my details again, then the price is actually closer to £600.
It states "Review and buy" but this quote does not exist.

This is an advert to direct you to their website. They don't store your personal data because that would be a risk.CTM are a comparison site/ they're not selling you the insurance so you can't ask them to honour the price shown on the advert.1

No, it's not an advert. Its a pre quote provided by them.
There is NO price when I click through - This is my issue.
My issue is not being sent the email itself.0 -
What was the time gap between the email and your going to the website?
