Paras 31-33 and the sub-heading above them should be moved waaay higher up.  Should be para 5, 6 snd 7. You have to address first, the fact you acted promptly and had moved house.

You also need to get it down to 50 pages.  Easiest way to do that is to show Chan & Akande & the other strike-out judgments as a single URL link only: see the judgments link posted by @Le_Kirk

Do I need to submit the draft order as a form N24 or send over as a PDF to the court? I've already sent the draft order with the bundle but can of course send through later today.

I imagine I send the draft order and the N244 only to the claimant (QDR). Please clarify.

The 'Claimant' isn't QDR but if applying to set aside a CCJ you send everything to the CNBC and to the solicitors who acted (QDR then?!).

The Draft Order is a WORD DOC because you are providing a draft that you hope the Judge to use.

N244 first box 'what order...?' should match the draft Order.
