Bought tickets through Ticketmaster at the end of November, for a concert at The O2 in landan at the end of April.
I'm told to download "The O2 app" which I've done but still no sign of the tickets.
Does anyone have any experience of this?

EDIT
It does say this, but it's cutting in a little fine for my liking ...
Don't worry if you can't see your order in The O2 Venue App straight away. Your tickets will be available to download in The O2 Venue App closer to the event. We will notify you by email when your tickets are ready to download. This should be no later than approximately 5 days before the event date

    Yes you'll be fine.

On the Wales Football ticketing app, tickets are available 2 weeks before the match.

Some events are no earlier than 24 hrs before the event.

Panic stations ensue if you don't read the wall of text on the preceding emails!

Why do they need to make it so stressful?
A simple paper ticket - way too simple!

Even paper tickets are sent out close to the event nowadays.

It's to try and prevent re-sellers snapping up all the tickets early - and then reselling for inflated prices when there are no more left to buy on the official channel.
If they don't get them until close to the event then they have much less time to try and resell them.

Just be aware that the O2 Venue app is not the same as "The O2" app (which is how you have headed up this post)

Well, on my phone I have "My O2" app for my mobile phone and "The O2" app for the (not yet there) concert tickets, so I was very careful how I worded my post! :)

Just had the email "We'd just like to let you know that your tickets are now available and can be accessed through The O2 Venue App."

And ... they are there! :D

Santa bought us tickets to the O2 in May (again!)
If they're on DD2's phone, how does she transfer them to us?
