Myself and my husband purchased a car on finance in October 2022 we had issues with the delivery but eventually got the car, we noticed within the first couple of months that there was some issues with the car namely the start stop button wasn’t working and that the engine coolant was running out very quickly, we contacted Cazoo within the 90 days and they said they would arrange a check of the car however following this they cancelled the appointment 3 times and then just went silent, we then took the car for the MOT and so many faults were found, one being an engine coolant leak we have had the car just over a year and a half now and been complaining the whole time the car does not feel safe and we just want it gone we have spent nearly £5000 on repairs and most recently engine light came on to say cylinder 2 was misfiring, cazoo are refusing to help us with either a replacement car or a refund or even just the payments for the work done, do we have any other avenues we can go down to get our money back as we are now in debt down to 1 small car for a family of 5 and all the stress has made my husband ill somebody please help

But after all this time & the money you have spent, they may well say that issues are now being caused by the work that you carried out.

Really should have gone to them under S75 when cazoo stopped responding.

We did go to the finance company but have only offered to pay half of the finance off and take the car back
