Auto aid renew despite telling them not to

Just had a big surprise when Auto aid renewed this morning. Advised them last year by email. And again this year by email. In desperation cancelled today through the website but they are taking a £25 fee from cancellation.  Customer service is awful. Bank said they will putthe payment into dispute. Anything else I can do ?
