Hi all
My daughter will be receiving a large amount of money from a car accident and I've had the solicitors write to advise I open her a trust fund where she cannot access until she's 18 that will be accepted by the courts. It'll be over 10k. Could anyone point me into the right direction please 🙏 she's 10. Thanks

Has the accident left your daughter with long term health issues that means she does not have the mental capacity to manage her own money or has injuries that means she will need financial support for life?0
