Hi!

Is Openreach regulated by an Ombudsman that I contact? One of their Engineers has damaged my property, BT won't get involved and Openreach are not responding to any of my e-mails. I really would like to avoid instructing a solicitor but may be my only option?

Hi, thank for the reply. Yes, it doesn't work for Property damage. Just gives you an e-mail, which BT have already given me.

 reference number returned by BT Openreach?

That's the problem with there policy of drilling from inside to out.
