Remove wires from spotlight?

I need to change a ceiling spot light, but I cannot get the wires out of the grey block.

I've lifted and twisted, yet stuck.

Any ideas?

Try pushing down! Some kind of WAGO fixing that doesn't require tools.

Seems to have worked, thanks. How to install the replacement, put in and pull or push the grey things up?

Push them down again, slip in the wire - make sure it goes fully in - and release. Give it a good tug to ensure it's caught securely.
