RBS Digital Banking down

RBS digital banking is currently down for me.
According to Downdetector, RBS and NatWest both went down at 7:00 am but NatWest came back at about 10:00 am.
RBS still appears to be down.
This was acknowledged on NatWest X but not on RBS X.
