    Have you checked both pipes coming from the boiler and heading outside?
    I'd chat/email the manufacturer to confirm it can run ok supplying just DHW and with the F&R CH isolating valves closed. Explain why.

     If the pressure is on 1.5 bar I'd say it would be 4-5 weeks before it drops to around 1. 

    If it is a leak, then it is a small one, which maybe is why you are struggling to find it .

    Yup. Anyone any tips?

    Tip one - determine whether it's from within the boiler!
    So ask the manufacturer about shutting off these valves. 
    Simple obvious first step. :smile:
