You don`t need to speak to them, and calling them was not a good idea, you should exercise your right to cancel in writing, as per the advice given by fatbelly, you were to enter into a legally binding agreement, you need to cancel in writing, not over the phone.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I have emailed them, No response as of yet. So i phoned to get it cancelled quickly. User said he will process this. A manager will call. I guess the manager is going to call to persuade me to carry on. Said ill be worse off, Debts will pile up etc. If and when manager calls, shall i just say it doesnt suit my personal needs. Hoping creditors reject tbh and that will be it. Will then just go onto my DMP agian. That isnt cancelled.

I wouldn`t take the call, that`s if they even ring back, you have cancelled in writing, I would make sure they can`t take any payment off you, and at that point you have done all you can.
I would not concern myself further with it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks, Thats what i would do. Luck would have it that the creditor that kept charging interest has defaulted today. They said carry on with your DMP. No interest and further action, Will inform bank to not accept payments and carry on with the DMP. Wish i found this forum at a earlier date. Could have solved a lot of other things. Now my spare cash is mine.
Thanks for the help all.1 -
No thank you to them. Better still don't answer. Email your reversal tonight.
I don't know what credit fix fees are but you're worth at least £6k to them.
