When I transfer in from regular savings to JISA set up by child's parents I will just pay in.
In future if we choose cash JISA and interest rate is low compared to other providers and I want to move I'll have to check any provider will allow transfers in.0 -
If money is being moved from non-ISAs to a JISA, it's not actually a "transfer" in that sense, and also the banks won't be organising it - OP will be paying in presumably via a current account whether from income or their own savings.
The OP was asking if it was possible to move a JISA to a better paying JISA.0 -
