No smart meter data for a week

I use various apps like Loop Energy and n3rgy to keep track of my smart meter data.  I can also see usage on the app from Eon Next, my supplier.  But the last full day of data I can see is 15th March, a week ago.  The last data point is 04:30 on 16th March.

Both green lights flash every 5 seconds on my comms hub and my IHD seems to be able to see the recent usage data.  The missing data should be stored on my smart meter so is available for download if communication is re-established.  But I can't figure out what has gone wrong and if there is anything to do to kick it back into action.  I'm up north so communication is via the Arqiva LRR network; I can't find any reports of network issues.
