Parking Fine at Spire Gatwick hospital

I received a Parking Charge notice from Parking Awareness Services on 23rd May 2023 adivsing me that they have no record of me regsitering my vehicle on 2nd May 2023. In the letter they advised that they have sent a previous letter but I have no record of ever receiving this. This letter and all subsequent reminders and threating letters were delivered to my registed address. However, I was not living there at the time and did not update my V5 to reflect my curent address I know this is my issue). I only discovered this when I regained entry to my premises this month (March 2024). In addition to the above company I had also received subsequent letters from a company called ZZPS , GCTT and finally QDR Solicitors which was dated 31st October 2023 advsing me that I had 14 days to pay, otherwise their clients may consider county court proceedings.
On reading this I contacted QDR solicitors advising I had not replied due to the above reasons and only advsing that I had an appointment with a Doctor on that date. They have responding by email saying I have 14 days to settle this debt.
I'm guessing I have re started a case they may not have wanted to pursue (my reason was that I did not want to have a CCJ). However, I would like to know if there is a time limit on them following up. They have not contacted me since 31st October. Plus, can I challenge the fact that I have not received any correspondence within 14 days of the incident. This was not an medical emergency. Can I ask them to confirm the device for inputtin registrations was working on the day.
Any advise would be approeciated.

Just send QDR the LBC response in the NEWBIES thread 2nd post and tell them to ERASE the old address. State the new address. This is vital. You cannot leave them with an old address in their database.
Easy enough. But urgent.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
