Parking charge notice

I have received 3 parking charge notices in my name for an ACPOA car park my daughter uses. She has used this car park for work for 2 y EA ra and never had a problem paying on the app but for some reason these 3 days haven’t registered on the app and she hasn’t noticed until we received the letters. Can we appeal as we don’t have any proof she tried to pay but also as the letters in my name I’ve read that this can be appealed as I wasn’t driving and don’t have to legally name the driver?
Thank you

Have you read the Newbies/FAQ thread yet? No one pays APCOA if they follow the advice in that thread and on here. If the NtKs are in your name, then you are the one who appeals. APCOA don't rely on PoFA so you would appeal only as the keeper.

The blue template appeal in the Newbies/FAQ thread is the easiest to use. You are appealing as the keeper and you cannot be liable for any alleged contravention by the driver of any terms at the car park. Do not identify the driver under any circumstances unless you really don't like them and want to throw them under a bus.

Search the forum for APCOA appeal and change the results to newest.  Easy peasy!

You can't lose as long as you don't say who was driving.  Examples all over the forum.
