Zopa app: latest version = no savings

I’ve got a Zopa ISA. Zopa is all app-only. Yesterday I could see my savings, with app version 112. Today there’s nothing about savings anywhere on the app version 113. The live chat people were totally unhelpful but I did manage to get them to raise an official complaint.
I'm now really worried they’ve got my money and I can’t get at it or even see a balance. I don’t want my money with Zopa any more, because they’ve completely lost my trust.
Coincidentally my wife tried to open her ISA this morning with Zopa too. She couldn’t see anything on the app to do with savings either - different iPhone, same app.

Interestingly, after we complained and they spent an hour blaming it on us, they clearly went away and did something behind the scenes and the Smart Savings Hub suddenly started appearing in the app.0

Same here - none of my accounts are showing in the app and there's not even an option to show accounts. Support is not open Sundays so will have to contact them tomorrow. Very worrying0

I am on Zopa App v1.113.0.1710931770 and my Smart Saving Hub is showing my balances, both ISA and non ISA, correctly.

I am on Zopa App v1.113.0.1710931770 as the user above, and I cannot see any of my savings and ISAs! I have contacted my friend as she has the same problem.

I meant to say "and" she has the same problem. She does not see any savings or ISAs.The app is on its latest version. There is no update at the moment.0

I lost faith with Zopa when they randomely transferred £600 from my savings account to the linked account without any input from me!I don't know which app. version I have but my £0 balance account is there.I have tried closing the account, in the app., but for whatever reason it can't be done because I have an "active product". Yes I do, that's what I want to close.I don't have a loan or credit card. No savings in the account. No Zopa tools.Checked - Version 1.113.00

I was having the same problem, I just gave up and deleted the app. My linked account doesn't exist any more.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

My access from the app is still broken. Nothing from the Zopa by way of comms, only via personal messages on 'X'. Luckily Zopa users can access their money via the website but for an app-only bank this is unacceptable and they've handled it really badly.
Will be moving as soon as I find a better fixed rate ISA0 -

Will be moving as soon as I find a better fixed rate ISAStill broken for me as well. I have used the in-app chat, was told to reinstall the app which didn't help. After a while, I got a copy/paste reply saying that a small number of users are experiencing a technical issue and to use a website. However, I have been using Zopa's flexible ISAs moving money in/out quite often and that's not possible on the web.0 -
This is a weird bug. I have two phones on the same updated version of the app and one can see the savings while the second can't. I am thinking a bug with a library on some of the phones. These types of bugs can be difficult to track down if everything works on your emulator device and all the devices you have access to test it on.
I will suggest to try it on another phone if you have access to it.
For me, it is not a major issue as you can withdraw on the website but you make a deposit. They should probably also allow deposit via the website. Also, good news from next month, people can open multiple ISAs so in situations like this you can park the money in another ISA while they resolve it.0
