Santander timelines - 2024?

Hi all,
Just did a forum search for Santander timelines and most of the threads are quite old (like this one) so wondered if anyone has recent experience with them?
Full application done about 10 days ago on 12th March. Valuation done on 18th March. Report received 20th March, confirmed application back with underwriters.
My broker was OOO yesterday but is now silent and as she is usually very proactive with communication, I believe she is going back to them to try to understand the bad news before she calls me... it's 22nd March.
10 days isn't long at all but I am panicking because my last lender survey caused application to be declined due to single skin brick housing whole kitchen. I am worried about the same outcome hence probably a bit of panic! Would they have an outcome this quickly?
