Lloyds, BoS, Halifax App Error

The Google apps on my phone for LBG keep giving an error when I try to open any of the apps. The app inserts a "xxx has stopped", "App info", "Close app". I cannot get rid of this error. I have tried restarting the phone, I have tried removing each app and adding the app back individually, and I have tried removing all three apps and then adding them again, all to no avail.

Any ideas?

My Lloyds and Halifax apps are both working fine on Android, so it must be a problem with your phone, not with the apps.

All working for me as well. What Android version are you on?

Phone is Moto g13 with android 13. Ms Descrabled also has no problem with those three apps on her phone. Obviously, the fault is with my phone. I could try a factory reset, but I am loath to do this as it will take me some time to add all my current apps.

I'm on Android 13 on a Moto G30.  Are all your other apps working OK?

All other apps are working without any probs. Even "Borrowbox" works most of the time. No memory problem with 30 GB used of 128 GB.
