Ghost goings-on in Co-op Bank Regular Saver

I opened the new Co-op RS with an initial deposit of £250 in February. A second deposit of £250 was made on 1 March. On 14 March, Co-op paid the £50 savings bonus into this account, making a total balance of £550.
On checking my Co-op accounts today, I see that on 19 March (Tuesday), £300 has been transferred from my RS into my Co-op current account, leaving a balance of just £250 in the RS. I didn't make this transfer.
The money is still there, but it's not in the RS where it should be.
I'm perplexed and don't know why this has happened.
Just alerting others in case it has happened in other cases.
I will be contacting Co-op.

Could it be because this has now gone over the £250 allowed per month and their system isn't clever enough to work out that it was their deposit that did it and it automatically reverses the whole payment?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.3

Same happened to me, as I reported here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80671957/#Comment_80671957

Thanks, I missed your post and follow-ups. Has the £250 which you moved back into the RS stayed there?friolento said:Same happened to me, as I reported here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/80671957/#Comment_806719570 -
