What happened to thread about seeing what neighbour energy use is.
There was a post/thread on here this morning about being able to see what neighbours energy use is by putting in an address to some web site.. I got 3 pages in the thread then the thread has gone. Was it the title to the post that pulled it or something after page 3?

It was just a variation of the smart meter refusenik conspiracy nonsense, as far as I could see. The totally misleading title was probably its downfall.1

I suspect it rightfully got reported for scaremongering. Had the OP asked a genuine question, then there would have been a good chance that things would have been explained to them gently and carefully to alleviate any concerns. My thinking too was the title. I didn't think though they were against smart meters. It was more about seeing what energy was being used in anybody elses house.0
