IDEAL HOME SHOW ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 21 March 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Monday 8 April 2024. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of a Travelbag holiday voucher (“Voucher”) for the winner to redeem against one (1) or multiple Travelbag holiday(s) of the winner’s choice (subject to availability) (“Chosen Holiday(s)”), up to £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (“Total Travel Amount”). 

 

Subject to availability, the winner may select their chosen destination(s) and trip(s) duration, provided that the single or combined Chosen Holiday(s) (as applicable) are within the Total Travel Amount. Subject to the Chosen Holiday(s), the winner may include hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport and hotel accommodation, transport in the destination country, activities, excursions and such other elements (excluding travel insurance) available to purchase at the time of booking. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel(s) for security deposit purposes.

 

The single or combined Chosen Holiday(s) (as applicable) must be within the Total Travel Amount or the winner must pay any additional fees above the Total Travel Amount. If the Chosen Holiday(s) are worth less than the Total Travel Amount, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount can be used towards payment of future travels, provided that these are booked before the Expiry Date (as defined below). Any credit not spent by the Expiry Date will be lost. 

 

The Voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”). The winner will be contacted by the Travelbag Customer Experience Team to book their Chosen Holiday(s). The winner must quote the reference number on the Voucher when booking their Chosen Holiday(s). The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked at least 30 days before the relevant departure dates. There are no blackout dates however, travel dates are subject to flight and hotel availability as well as external activity availability. 

 

The winner must be the lead traveller and the companion(s) must travel on the same dates and itinerary as the winner. The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday(s). Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize

 

The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to their chosen destination(s). Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s). It is the responsibility of the winner to: (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

Please note that there is no cash alternative to the prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The prize cannot be transferred or sold or redeemed for cash in whole or in part. 

 

The prize excludes travel insurance, which may be acquired by the winner and their companion(s) at their own cost prior to travel, and all other costs associated with taking the prize not stated above, including but not limited to spending money and car hire. 

 

Upon booking their Chosen Holiday(s), the winner will be bound by and subject to the prize provider’s terms and conditions, which are available at https://www.travelbag.co.uk/important-information/booking-conditions.
