Bank account for Right to Manage company

Hi everyone,

We recently set up a Right to Manage company and although our managing agent looks after service charge and reserve fund money, we still need to open a business bank account for taking membership fee, pay company house annual fee...etc. The company is not profit making, pretty much dormant, and is limited by guarantee. I am having trouble finding a free business bank account for our need. Does anyone knows which bank offer such account? Thanks in advance.

Did you have any luck with this? I’m currently in the same position and I’m really struggling to find a suitable bank account

This may not what you want to read but it is the only constructive advice I can offer.

Your best bet is to seek a “normal” business bank account that meets your needs and increase the member’s fees to cover the cost.   It will likely represent a fraction of your other costs such as Managing agent fees.
