Will not be fast.
What level do you get now for mobility?Life in the slow lane0 -
You can wait until your next review, however that is unreliable as it might be due next year but then delayed. You can contact DWP and ask they will send you the claim for questionnaire and you’ll get assessed at some point.
However, were you given anything for mobility? if your using an aid to walk how far can you walk using the aid? If over 50meters then you’ll score 4 points which in theory won’t change you mobility award if previously no score was awarded.
Equally what level of PIP where you given for daily activities and did you get your assessment/score. Use of aids to stand/walk will affect some activities but not all and may only add a few points.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

Firstly, what award of PIP do you currently get?
(If it's enhanced for both then reporting a deterioration would be pointless as there wouldn't be a higher award for you to get.)
Secondly, it's not whether you can walk unaided but how far you can walk (with or without an aid) repeatedly, reliably, without significant discomfort or unacceptable aftereffects.
50m is the threshold for a standard mobility award. If you can repeatedly and reliably move that far or more then even needing an aid you wouldn't score enough for an award.

"Activity 12 – moving aroundThis activity considers a claimant’s physical ability to move around without severe discomfort, such as breathlessness, pain or fatigue. This includes the ability to stand and then move up to 20 metres, up to 50 metres, up to 200 metres and over 200 metres.
…
When assessing whether the activity can be carried out reliably, consideration should be given to the manner in which the activity is completed. This includes, but is not limited to, the claimant’s gait, their speed, the risk of falls and symptoms or side effects that could affect their ability to complete the activity, such as pain, breathlessness and fatigue."

[Of course your ability to move can affect the daily living activities as well, depending on what award you already get you'd need to check whether you should score enough more to affect the award as the scope of most of the daily living activities doesn't actually include whether you can move aroubd your home.]
If you do feel it's worth reporting the change, I believe you just phone the PIP line and choose the appropriate option.0
