Gumtree account shenanigans

I had 2 ads on Gumtree that had been up for 3 weeks. I reduced the price on both and then noticed they had been 'Removed' with a message saying "Your ad has been removed from the site because it breaks posting rules. We've emailed you to explain why."

I received no emails to explain why. There is no obvious reason why they break posting rules. They are not on the restricted list. So I contacted Gumtree via their live chat and was told they would look in to it and email me. I received that email today and they are asking me to confirm some details so they can get my account back up and running.

The odd thing is, my account is still active, I can login ok and I still have 2 other live ads running!

Any ideas?
