Seem to getting mixed messages regarding whether any untaken holiday pay should be included in a redundancy package calculation?
Thanks

If the leave is accrued and not taken, then it should be paid as part of the final salary period. Paid as salary and not redundancy, so it will be subject to income tax and NI. There may be an option to sacrifice into pension. The rules changes a few years back so can no longer be rolled into the tax free redundancy value.4 -
