Marks and Spencer Spring CBC and Live Reads on Heart, March 2024 – April 2024 Specific Rules 1.     The Marks and Spencer Spring CBC promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Wednesday 20th March 2024 to Tuesday 2nd April 2024 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. E-gift card will expire after 48 months. Customer will not be able to use this card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost. Card can be redeemed at marksandspencer.com/ie and in all M&S stores in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.  13.  All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the ongoing uncertainty with Coronavirus and Brexit, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 14.  Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
