Thank you for coming back to update us, great to hear, technically they could make life difficult by insisting you show the problem so it’s good service in a way but I guess if they did that for everyone it would be too costly so they hope most take what CS say and for the few who complain further offer more.Frustrating either way when facing a problem like this but hopefully everything will be ok with the replacement
