Tesco Internet Saver Bonus Rate 3.5%

May be of interest to some, current iteration of Tesco Internet Saver offers 4.75% comprising a variable 1.25% plus a bonus rate of 3.5% for 12 months. Locking in the latter might prove beneficial should rates suddenly nosedive. Similar to keeping a base rate minus 0.n% open.

I had £4.00 sitting in an old Tesco Internet Saver so now have £4.11 in the latest version. 

N.B. the maximum withdrawal amount online used to be, and probably still is, £10k per day but you could ring to get more.

It's been 4.75% since October 23 which is Paleolithic in TIS terms. I opened a second one last week to lock in the bonus for another year if needed. I don't keep much money in it (hundreds not thousands) but it has its uses

Thanks OP ... I have £0.02 in mine, haven't touched it for several years ... oh hum ... I don't think I'll bother.

But the idea is good  I'm doing similar with Marcus.
