Presently got a Vanguard Lifestrategy in HL, and also a HSBC Global Strategy in Fidelity. Looking to move both into new ISAs platform in April. Which platforms charge the least for £85k in first and £135 in the second. Looking for a platform, if possible, that allows a regular amount to be added each month.

You won't get much cheaper than IWeb for OEICs. £0 pa and £5 to buy and sell. Part of Lloyds Banking GroupNo monthly savings though1

Iweb are popular on here for large sums, because they don’t charge any fees to hold investments.
They do charge £5 per transsction for buying investments, so I would suggest transferring your holdings to them and continuing to invest regularly with your current providers who don’t charge for regular investing.1
